Bungee workout is a great way to diversify your workouts. This direction has already won its fans in the world, and now it conquers the domestic market.
Bungee is a stretchable rope, to which jumpers are usually attached from a height. Only here you do not need to jump from a height. With the help of an elastic rope tied to the ceiling, you can literally soar under the ceiling and make breathtaking jumps, or you can work with resistance, like on simulators.

 Jumping not only works as a cardio training but also involves all muscle groups, because keeping the balance is difficult. This type of training is suitable for those who want to pump muscles - they need to work with the resistance of elastic ropes.

Rope jumping is a relatively young extreme kind of attraction. Its essence is in independent, without the help of mechanisms, jumping from the height and finding some time in free fall. For this, a special climbing system and ropes are used. 

Due to them, rope-jumping as a sport (the word "sport" is used here with a stretch because a man competes exclusively with his fear) is distinguished by a high degree of security in comparison with bungee jumping. With the correct organization of the jump, of course.

The founder of sports discipline was Dan Osman (Dan Osman). Initially, Osman was engaged in mountaineering and climbing. During one of the ascents, he climbed the full length of the rope. The intermediate points of insurance were more psychological than capable of withstanding the fall of a person. 

On a complex rocky stretch, Dan collapsed and flew down about 80 meters. After several disruptions, he estimated the feelings of free fall. Then followed jumps from high-rise bridges, a world record (a safe jump with 400 meters of free fall) - and rope jumping won the hearts of extreme people around the world.

During jumps and throughout the event, it is important to create a psychologically comfortable environment, since before the separation a person always barely manages to overcome his primeval fear of heights. Experienced rope jumper understands that any decision should be taken with respect: as a decisive "step in the abyss", so the decision to abandon the jump.

 In this environment, such rules are strictly observed. Nevertheless, jumping can come from pure curiosity - for the sake of communication and photography. There is no established contingent, there is no "target audience" for this sport. People of all ages and genders, from 16 to 50 years old, come from completely different professions.

There are no special health restrictions for rope-jumping. Exceptions are people with diseases of the heart and the musculoskeletal system. When jumping, dynamic ropes are used, which stretch elastically, compensating for the entire load. With the right organization, jumps are absolutely safe and comfortable occupation, which has been checked by the 20-year history of the movement all over the world. 

This is due to the fact that each stage, phase, as well as the conditions in which the jump takes place, can be calculated to fractions of a second and a centimeter. In the safety system of climbing strapping, multiple safety margins can be laid. Of course, it is necessary to monitor the condition and the resource of equipment.
